New legislation to allow the following visa holders who were unable to enter or re-enter Australia due to COVID related travel restrictions to apply for a further SC 482 with a nil visa charge:
SC 482/47 applicants who were granted visas and were unable to enter Australia, and SC 482/457 visa holders who departed during the validity of their visas and were unable to re-enter Australia.
