If you are seeking a protection visa in Australia, from 1 July 2017, you will be able to apply online through the Department’s ImmiAccount.
Online applications are preferred, however, if you are unable to do so, you may lodge a paper application by post.
Note: From 1 July 2017, application forms cannot be lodged in person at any DIBP offices.
